Patient Assistance for Lab Services (PALS) is a service of HepC Alliance, a Missouri-based non-profit organization. We offer over 400 commonly ordered blood tests, such as CBCs, Liver Function Panels, Triglycerides, and Glucose. Some of the tests cost as little as $5, which may very well be less than the cost of your insurance co-pay.
The way this works is very simple: when your physician orders a lab test, you simply have the physician fill out our order form, which can be found online or faxed to their office. The physician completes the order and then they or you can fax the order to us. (The order must be written by a physician.) We then arrange with a participating clinic where your sample will be taken and then shipped to us. Patients can pay for the tests upfront or at the clinic where the specimen draws were completed. Test results are sent to the patient and to the provider. (We do not provide medical advice or analyze your results. Contact your physician for any follow-up information about your test results.)
