At PALS (Patient Assistance for Lab Services), we’re here to support you on your healthcare journey. As a division of the Missouri-based HepC Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals at risk or diagnosed with hepatitis C, our mission extends to providing assistance with lab services. But don’t worry, you don’t need to be affiliated with HepC Alliance to benefit from our program – it’s available to any patient or provider seeking general and specialty lab testing.
Our dedicated team at PALS serves patients nationwide, spanning various medical specialties. We offer over 400 commonly ordered blood tests, such as CBC’s, CMP, A1C, Cholesterol screening, and much more. A list of our tests and associated codes can be found on the “tests and Prices” tab. Order forms can be downloaded from the “tests and prices” tab, ordered online, or we can send a supply to participating clinics. Patients pay for tests in advance and results are sent directly to the ordering Physician. We do require either a Physician’s signature on the order form or an electronic lab order faxed to our office.
*Payments are now accepted online via Invoicely invoice. Once our office receives an order, containing a valid email address, an invoice for the total cost will be emailed to the patient. Once payment is received, patients will be emailed the lab requisition to take with them to the lab nearest the patient’s home address. PALS works with both LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics.
